Tournament Divisions
Poomsae
Divisions are available for individual poomsae, pairs poomsae, and family poomsae for all ages and belt levels. Check the registration form for details about age brackets and belt levels. Color belts and Black Belts must perform Taeguk/Kukkiwon forms.
Point Sparring
Point sparring is a timed competition in which competitors restart after each point is earned. Check the registration form for details about age brackets and belt levels.
Points:
Kick or punch to body= 1 point, spin kick = 2pts, kick to head = 3 pts. No hands to the head.
Continuous Sparring
Competitors spar continuously with the judges capturing their points continuously. 2 rounds of 1 minute and 30 seconds. Check the registration form for details about age brackets and belt levels.
Points:
Kick or punch to body= 1 point, spin kick = 2pts, kick to head = 3 pts. No hands to the head.
Board Breaking
Individuals can compete in board breaking divisions to demonstrate their ability to break multiple boards. Check the registration form for information about age brackets and belt levels. Competitors must have their own board holders. Any technique may be used except for head breaks.
Weapons
Individuals can compete with a weapon of their choice, including sword, nunchukas, bo staff, and escrima. Check the registration form for information about age brackets and belt levels.
Rapid Kick
Individuals compete to see who can complete the most kicks in an allotted amount of time. Check the registration form for information about age brackets and belt levels.
