About Lone Mountain Taekwondo in Las Vegas

Lone Mountain Taekwondo in Las Vegas runs the Las Vegas Heat Wave Tournament to benefit SuperKids Karate, Inc., a nonprofit that helps kids afford martial arts training.

Lone Mountain TKD is owned and operated by Master Sue Langdon, a 7th Degree Black Belt Master in the Moo Do Taekwondo Association and 7x national sparring champion with more than 30 years of martial arts experience. She opened Lone Mountain in 1994 and since then has been helping thousands of students become stronger, healthier, and more confident individuals who have the skills to defend themselves.

LMTKD offers high-quality martial arts training for kids, adults, and families based on the standards set by the Kukkiwon. We are the only taekwondo school in the Las Vegas area to have instructors who have all been certified by the Association of Trauma-Informed Martial Art Schools, and we are proud to embraces diversity and welcome all people, including kids with learning or behavioral challenges, individuals with mobility problems, and people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. No one is turned away from training at Lone Mountain Taekwondo.
